Господа, в городе-герое Севастополе, недалеко от ласкового Чёрного моря, в 20 минутах ходьбы от колыбели русского православия - седого Херсонеса расположены два благоустроенные коттеджа.
       Один - вилла из 9-и комнат, новой, современной постройки, второй - коттедж из 5-и комнат.
       Вилла состоит из: первый этаж - каминный зал, просторная кухня, столовая, душевая кабинка, туалет. На втором этаже - просторный холл с телевизором, три стильные спальни, компьютерная с диваном, ванна джакузи и туалет.
       Второй коттедж состоит из: первый этаж - кухня, столовая, ванна, туалет. Второй этаж - две отдельные спальни, две комнаты с мягкой мебелью.
       Во дворе есть плавательный бассейн и пруд с разноцветными рыбками. В домах предусмотрено естественное кондиционирование воздуха, что делает проживание более комфортным, чем с обычным кондиционером, кстати обычные кондиционеры тоже есть. Постоянно горячая и холодная вода, оборудованная кухня, большой холодильник и телевизор на 60 телепрограмм.
       Можем предложить Вам домашнее питание. Просторный двор позволит разместить Ваш автомобиль и не один, бассейн с водопадом и подводной подсветкой, освежит в любое время суток, можно просто согреться у камина. Есть настольный теннис, бамбинтон. Для приготовления пищи на углях есть шашлычница, барбекю. Здесь Вас ждут в любое время года. У нас есть всё необходимое для полноценного отдыха.
      
      
       За умеренную плату организуем экскурсии по разным экзотическим местам Севастополя и по всему Крыму. Город Севастополь прославлен своим участием в двух военных компаниях: Крымской войны 1854-1855гг, и Великой Отечественной Войны 1941-1945гг. Город и окрестности насыщены памятниками, посвящёнными этим событиям. Древнее полуразрушенное городище Херсонес, расположено на территории нынешнего Севастополя. Наш город имеет почти двухтысячелетние традиции православия. Древнейшие из известных пещерных монастырей, и целебных источников, расположены именно в окрестностях Севастополя.
      
       Ladies and Gentlemen, in Sevastopol, not far from Black Sea, 20 minutes by foot from the cradle of Russian Orthodoxy - ancient Khersones, two comfortable cottages are situated. The first is a new built villa of nine rooms, the second is a cottage of five rooms. Villa is a two – storied building: on the first floor there are fireplace hall, spacious kitchen, dining room, shower and toilet, the second floor consists a spacious hall with a TV – set, three styled bedrooms, computer room with a divan, bath – tube, jakusi and toilet.
       The second cottage consists of kitchen, dining room, bathroom and toilet on the floor and two separate bedrooms and two rooms with soft furniture on the first floor.
       In the yard there are a swimming – pool and a pond with colored fish. In the rooms natural air ventilation is provided and it makes the rest more comfortable, but we have conditioners also.
       You can always use hot and cold water, well – equipped kitchen, big refrigerator and TV – set with 60 TV – programs.
       We can offer you home nourishment. A spacious yard will contain your car or few of them, swimming pool with a water – fall and under – water light will refresh you any time of a day, and you can get warm near the fireplace. We have also table – tennis and badminton to play in the yard. We can offer you everything for cooking meals on the coals. You can come here any time of a year. We have all you need for real rest.
       We can organize excursions to different exotic places of Sevastopol and all over the Crimea at medium price. Our city is famous by its participation in two war campaigns: in the Crimean War (1854 – 1855) and in the Great Patriotic War (1941 – 1945). Sevastopol and its environs are full of monuments, devoted to those events. Ancient half – destroyed town Khersones is disposed on the territory of today’s Sevastopol. Orthodoxic traditions of Sevastopol are almost two thousand years old. The most ancient cave monasteries and medicinal springs being researched take their place in the environs of Sevastopol.
       In the very beginning we will meet you for you not to be lost. Then comfortable rooms will be waiting for you. In the cottages, natural ventilation is provided so that you could enjoy pleasant coolness and use conditioner if you need one. By your request we can cook breakfast, dinner and supper for you at the prices, pointed below. The water in our swimming pool is never overheated even on the hottest days. For children and those who can’t swim we have a little pool. There are underwater lights in the swimming pool so it will be a pleasure for you to swim in such a pool any time of a day.
       At our guests’ wish we will organize excursions along the city for little pay. We can show you Khersones – ancient town founded by the Greeks and guide an excursion along Balaklava: along the quay and the Museum of the Cold War. This unique complex is placed in the bay in the war base of Sevastopol. You can also choose trips to the cave monastery in Bahchisaray, to ancient town Chuphut – Kale and princedom Pheodoro – the last splinter of Byzantium.
